🥗 Egg White Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 250g egg whites
- ~70g banana (about 1 banana)
- 1 tbps baking powder
- Splash of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Fruit of choice and sugar free syrup to top
Instructions:
- Combine ingredients listed above in a bowl
- Use a hand mixer to whip the egg white mixture until it is fluffy. The longer we mix the fluffier the pancakes will be
- Spray a pan with nonstick spray and cook the egg white mixture in your desired pancake size
- Flip the pancakes to cook on both sides
- Top the pancakes with your fruit and syrup
- Enjoy!
