🥗 Egg White Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 250g egg whites
  • ~70g banana (about 1 banana)
  • 1 tbps baking powder
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fruit of choice and sugar free syrup to top

Instructions:

  • Combine ingredients listed above in a bowl
  • Use a hand mixer to whip the egg white mixture until it is fluffy. The longer we mix the fluffier the pancakes will be
  • Spray a pan with nonstick spray and cook the egg white mixture in your desired pancake size
  • Flip the pancakes to cook on both sides
  • Top the pancakes with your fruit and syrup
  • Enjoy!
